Ron's life was marked by his unwavering dedication to his family and friends, characterized by his hardworking, loving, and meticulous nature.
In his 63 years of marriage to his beloved wife, Patricia Cassini (nee Heekin), Ron was a devoted caregiver, ensuring that she was always well taken care of and never went without. Together, they built a life filled with love and support, a foundation that extended to their children. Ron took great joy in being a father to Stephen Cassini, Catherine (Michael) Neville and Michael (Julie) Cassini. He cherished every moment with his grandchildren—Ryan (Mallorie) Neville, Amanda (Jake) Trumbull, Kyndal (Travis) Nolan, Chase Neville, Makensie Neville, Benjamin Cassini, and Samuel Cassini and Zachary Cassini —as well as his great-grandchildren Troy, Kai, Colton, Ava, and Mia. He made it a priority to be present at every event to support them and often traveled to Clearwater Beach to spend cherished time together.
Ron was a 1958 graduate of Covington Catholic High School. He worked at Johnson & Hardin Printing Co. from 1958 to 1988 and retired from Hennegan Printing Co. in 2001.
Ron had a variety of interests that showcased his vibrant spirit. He enjoyed playing cards twice a week with Pat at the YMCA, indulged in golf, and was a devoted fan of watching sports, especially cheering for the Reds and Bengals. His passion for yard work was matched only by his love for family gatherings, where he relished the opportunity to connect and create lasting memories.
In addition to his immediate family, Ron is survived by his brother, Victor L. Cassini, Jr., and brother-in-law, Michael Heekin, along with a host of other family members and friends who will remember him fondly.
He was preceded in death by his father, Victor L. Cassini, Sr., mother, Dorothy M. Spencer (nee Darnell), sister, Barbara Caverly, and sister, Betty Cassini.
