Ronald DiRuzzo, 82, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2023. Born August 16th, 1940 in Providence, RI. He was the youngest of seven 2nd generation Italian American children from the union of the late Arduino and Adelina (Paris) DiRuzzo.   He was a communicant of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Johnston, RI.  Ronald joined the United States Air Force in 1958 where he served in both active and Air Guard capacities until his retirement with the rank of Master Sergeant in 2000. He was a graduate of Rhode Island College. Ronald also worked for the Providence Boys and Girls Club and as a travel agent for many years until his retirement.   He traveled domestically and abroad throughout his life. He especially enjoyed visiting with his family in Italy during the summer months.

He was the twin brother to the late Robert DiRuzzo and brother to the late Anthony and Americo DiRuzzo. He was also brother to the late Anna Boschetti, Ida Schanze and Gina Aurelio.

He is survived by his nephew Michael DiRuzzo, his wife Carmela and their daughter Diana. He is also survived by his son, Corey Reall, his wife Kayla and their two children Camden and Alessi. He also leaves many nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.

Visitation will be held Friday Morning, July 21, 2023 from 9:15 – 10:15 a.m. in the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Rd., Johnston. Burial with Military Honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Ronald's memory may be made to Our Lady of Grace Church Memorial Fund, 4 Lafayette St., Johnston, RI  02919.
