Ronald R. Ebel passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at the age of 91. Ronald was born on December 5, 1933, in Detroit Michigan. He was one of nine children born to Henry E. and Stella (Lark) Ebel. He most recently lived in Crossville, Tennessee after moving from Grosse Ile, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nancy G. Ebel. He was an Army veteran and served in the Korean War. Ronald was a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and worked at Great Lakes Steel as an industrial engineer. He was an excellent athlete in baseball and was nicknamed “Scooter” due to his fast speed in running bases. He loved spending time hiking with his wife, playing tennis and boating on his boat named “Suits Us”. Per his wishes, a formal service will not take place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crossville First Methodist Church.
