Ronald August Hansen Jr.

Ronald August Hansen Jr., of Post Falls, Idaho, passed away on August 8th, 2024, in his home. He is preceded in death by his adoptive parents, Ronald Hansen Sr and Frances Hansen (nee Dickson). He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Hansen; his son, Roman Hansen; step-children, Charles Golden, Savannah Wickert (Daniel Wickert), and Lyla Turner (Orry Hestand); and grandchildren, John Golden, Brooklynn Golden, Novalynn Wickert, and Amelia Wickert.

Ronald was raised in Hawaii and spent several years living abroad while Ronald Sr. was in the Marines. Later, he became an EMT primarily working the Strip in Las Vegas. Ronald’s biggest accomplishment, however, was not his career, but his family. He adored all of his children and grandchildren and spent most of his time making them, and his wife, laugh.

Ronald was an avid gamer, loved coffee, and was always prepared with an arsenal of jokes. His family will miss him, and his unmistakable presence, dearly.

A celebration of life ceremony will be held in Spring of 2025, in Campbellsville KY. Flowers can be sent to English Funeral Chapel.
