Funeral services for Ronald Eugene Hobbs, 67, of Byron, will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of McLeighton Funeral Service in Reynolds. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Pine Level Methodist Church Cemetery. Ronald passed away at his residence on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

Born to the late James Clifton Hobbs and Esther Eugenia Stafford Hobbs, Ronald was also preceded in death by one brother, Benny Hobbs, and two sisters, Margie Hobbs and Barbara Skipper.

Ronald is survived by his devoted wife, Terri Nix Hobbs of Byron; three sons, Chase Hobbs of Reynolds, Maverick Hobbs (Hailey) of Reynolds, and Cody Campbell (Caitlyn) of Byron; two daughters, Morgan Binder (Brandon) of Warner Robins and Miranda Bone (Tanner) of Byron. He is also survived by three brothers, Donnie Hobbs (Laura) of Reynolds, Barney Hobbs (Martha) of Ellaville, and Ricky Hobbs (Barbara) of Reynolds; two sisters, Janice Poole (Ricky) of Ideal and Irene Goree of Riverdale; six beloved grandchildren, Gavin, Jaxton, Kayden, Cooper, Charleigh and Magnolia; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to support Parkinson's Disease research.
