Occupations:
Ronald Scott was many things to many people. He was foremost, a person one could turn to for answers and advice. His children and grandchildren called him "Papa" and "Papa Patch", patch because he loved construction and was always patching something! He could answer questions about construction and automobiles off the top his head.
For 20 years, Scott taught auto power mechanics in the vocational departments of New Hampshire High Schools. He was an advocate of children and considered them all Gifted. Scott was a gifted teacher.
Scott was a proud US Army veteran, first of the 62d Co 6th Bn, Fort Rucker, AL, Optical Lab SP, then he transitioned to Warrant Officer Training and Co B 9th Aviation Bn, Fort Lewis, WA. Flying Black Hawk Helicopters was, and has been, a great love of his life! It was in flight school that he met a great mentor, "Corky" Smith. "Corky" and his wife Patty have remained supportive and valued friends.
He will be missed by all who loved him, including, little Miss CeeCee, a schipperke, and Miss Daisy, a "Lassie" collie.
