Ronald Jungbluth

Ronald Jungbluth, age 77 of Hartington, Nebraska and formerly of Wayne, NE died on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at the Arbor Care Center in Hartington.

A Prayer Service will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. at the Wintz Funeral Home in Hartington with Rev. Kevin Vogle officiating. Burial of his cremated remains will be at the Evergreen cemetery in Beatrice, Nebraska. Arrangements are under the direction of the Wintz Funeral Home in Hartington.

Ronald “RJ” was born on April 27, 1948 in Norfolk, NE to Fred and Gertrude H. (Jones) Jungbluth. He grew up in Beatrice, Nebraska. Ronald moved to Northstar in Wayne, Nebraska in the 1980’s. He has been a resident of the Arbor Care Center in Hartington since March 20, 2025.

Ronald liked to go fishing with Jeremy during the summer. RJ loved his Xbox 360 games, especially the sky landers games which were his favorites. He also loved to tinker with things, sometimes things he shouldn’t, like electronics, electric scooter, etc. RJ liked things how he wanted them, better known as “RJ’s way” which wasn’t always how most people did or wanted things. Ha

Ronald is survived by two brothers: Charles (Genelle) Jungbluth of Lincoln, Edward (Beth) Jungbluth of Beatrice; and his guardian Jeremy Coufal of Laurel, NE.

He was preceded in death by his parents Fred and Gertrude Jungbluth; a twin brother Donald; a great grandniece Maya Jamie.
