Ronald Lamar Keyser Sr.

Ronald Lamar Keyser, Sr., 83, husband of Catherine "Cathy" R. (Hertzel) Keyser, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026, at Meadowood Senior Living in Lansdale.

Born in Sellersville, he was the son of the late Howard W. Keyser and Bessie (Clemmer) Keyser.

Ronald joined the United States Air Force after graduating from High School. He came home early and was forced to cut his service time short in order to care for his ill mother and started working for Keyser Miller Ford. Ronald was the President and operator of Keyser Miller Ford in Collegeville for many years before retiring at the age of 53. He made sure to enjoy his retirement. Ronald was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, skiing, and golfing. He enjoyed a cross-country trip that he and his wife, Cathy went on. They left from Rangeley, Maine and ended in Alaska, towing their 5 th -wheel trailer.

Surviving along with his wife, Cathy of 65 years, is his son Ronald L. Keyser, Jr., husband of Joanne; daughter Shannon Heimbach, wife of Jerry; grandchildren Collin Keyser, Caitlin Grungo, Austin Morgan, Jack Morgan, and Lindsay Sivick; great grandchildren Stella, Colette, Karlyn, and Kinsley. He is predeceased by his son Gregory H. Keyser and his sister Linda K. Bare.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 11:00AM at Catagnus Funeral Home (595 W. Main St., Trappe, PA 19426) with The Reverend Rebecca Schanely officiating. Burial will be held privately by the family at a later date. Visitation will also be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 10:00AM-11:00AM at the funeral home.
