Ronald Lee Kyle age 83, of Dalton, GA, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025, at his residence. Ronald was born in Dalton, GA, on December 7, 1941, the son of the late Earnest Kyle and Mary Lou Martin Kyle. He was a member of Varnell Baptist Church for fifty-seven years. Ronald enjoyed preaching, singing in gospel groups, traveling, gardening, and flea markets. In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by four siblings, Harold Kyle, Alvin Kyle, James Kyle, and Joan Sawyer. Survivors include his wife of fifty-five years, Wanda Cudd Kyle; five children, Mary Hammontree (Mark), Ronnie Kyle (Tammy), Tim Kyle (Rende), Chris Morehead (Karen), and Mitchell Kyle (Michelle); thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; brother, Neal Kyle; and a sister, Connie Akins. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A Celebration of Life will be 5:00 pm. Thursday, August 28, 2025, at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Mitchell Kyle, Ronnie Kyle, and Pastor Bret Bellamy officiating. Interment will follow at Varnell Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 3:00 pm until the service hour at Dalton Funeral Home. Visit the online obituary www.dalton-funeral-home.com to post tributes and share memories.
