He was preceded in death by his mother Esther Colleen Chambers in 2023.
His local family members include his step-father Gene Chambers, two sisters, Sherry McCartney and Alta Nellen and husband Frank all of Vinita, numerous other relatives and friends as well.
Private services will be held. Online condolences may be made at www.highsmithfh.com or on the funeral home Facebook page. Arrangements are in care of the Burckhalter-Highsmith Funeral and Cremation Services of Vinita. "Vinita's only locally family owned and operated funeral home."
