Ronald D. Meinerding, age 64, of rural Portland passed away on Saturday October 11, 2025 at his residence. He was born in Fort Wayne on August 6, 1961 the son of Carl and Iris (Overla) Meinerding. He had worked for Cooper Farms and was an Amish driver.
Surviving are two brothers Jerry Meinerding (wife Patty) of Bryant and Robert Meinerding (wife Elizabeth) of Portland. He was preceded in death by his girlfriend Janet Stewart, and brothers Carl, David and Richard Meinerding.
There will be no funeral services. Baird-Freeman Funeral Home are handling the arrangements. Memorials can be given to the choice of the donor.
