Say Hi to Peter. I used to hop on the back of the ice cream truck and go for a ride. I never did ring my neck, but he had every right to. RiP

Ron was a legend in our neighborhood when I was growing up and then my kids got to share in his kindness and great sense of humor. Of course, the nightly waiting of the ice cream man was a sure sign of beautiful weather, listening for his bell from streets away. God bless him, we are so sorry for your loss. He was truly a legend and a wonderful man.

Ronnie always had a smile and a cheery greeting. He treated you like a friend not just a customer. Will always smile when I think of him.
Blessings and strength to his family.

Ron Palagi was the ice cream man in dodgeville when I was a little girl. All the kids would come running when we would hear the bell. Our dogs would wait with us too and get hoodsie cups. Mr Palagi was always very nice and patient. There were a little of kids in the plat. God bless.

Ronny, as we called him as kids growing up on Raymond Hall Drive in North Attleboro, was our ice cream man for decades. He was like a friend and big brother. Even after growing up and moving, he would always remember me when our paths crossed and we'd talk about the old days. May God bless and give your family peace and strength during this difficult time.

My husband Lew and Ron were friends from way back. I lost Lew to cancer in July of 2023. He had wonderful memories of his high school friends ... Ronny was definitely one of them.

I met Ron at Tolman High School where he and my husband Lew Godinho played on sports teams together, and whom Lew had known long before we had become an item. We all graduated in 1960. Togo, Lew and Gerry Philbin co-captains of our football team.
