Ronald "Ronnie" Eugene Parrish, age 68, of Fayetteville, NC passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022 in Fayetteville, NC.
Ronnie was born on May 31, 1954 in Longview, Washington to the late Dewey and Trula Parrish.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Parrish and mother, Estelle Parrish.
The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Ronnie. On any given day you would find him
exploring the roads of Fayetteville, chatting with his friends at Hardee's while sipping on sweet
tea, and dancing the day away while listening to his favorite musician, Elvis. Ronnie never met a
stranger and enjoyed meeting new people everywhere he went.
Ronnie leaves behind to cherish his memory his sister, Carolyn Decatur of Hope Mills; brother,
Thomas Parrish of Colon, MI; and Mack Naylor of San Antonio, TX.
In honor of Ronnie's memory, a "Celebration of Life" will be held on Saturday, September 17,
2022 at 11:00 am in Lake Lynn Baptist Church with Reverends Thomas Fortner and Judd Dixon
officiating.
The family welcomes anyone who knew him to attend in remembrance of his wonderful life!
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Lake Lynn Baptist Church, 3363 Gilles-
pie Street, Fayetteville, NC 28306.
