Ronald H. Paul Sr., age 86 of Spring Lake Park, MN passed away peacefully on February 14th, 2025. Born in Des Moines, Iowa on February 22nd, 1938 to Clarence (Bud) H. Paul and Thelma M. Paul (Newby). Preceded in death by his beloved wife Vicky and son Ronald H. Paul Jr., parents Bud and Thelma, father-in-law Victor Petersen, mother-in-law Thelma Petersen, Uncle Jack and Scooter, his cherished cat.
Survived by daughter Rhonda (Basem) El-Said of North St. Paul, daughter Linnea Benson of Fergus Falls, son Terry Paul of Blaine and daughter-in-law Jackie Paul of Blaine. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren; Wayne Lockrem, his friend and close companion and motorcycle buddy of 53 years and Ron Brown, his childhood friend.
Ron dabbled in many different vocations before settling in to becoming a master cabinet maker, owning several cabinets shops throughout his career. Forever a motorcycling enthusiast, he traveled across the United States with mom, Ron Jr. and Wayne. The Sturgis Bike Rallies were his favorite, he won several awards for his Harley 'The Blue Angel' and completed the Dragon Run twice!!! Once with Linnea, and once with Ron and his grandsons Zach and Jessie. He obtained his pilot's license and enjoyed bringing anybody willing enough up for a ride. Ron has left behind an amazing legacy of memories so numerous that they could last a lifetime of storytelling. We will miss his mischievous naughty streak and his sense of humor and adventure. We know you are up there rejoicing in your reunion with mom and Ronald, take as good of care of them as you did with us here. Rest in peace dad and may your spirit fly free!
Graveside service to be held on March 7th at 1:00 PM at Hillside Cemetery Mausoleum (south entrance across from Honeywell).
Luncheon to follow service at:
