Ronald Eugene Ware, age 76, of Jefferson City went to be with the Lord due to a short illness. He was a super fan of UT football and loved to spend his time playing golf. He served in the Air Force for four years. Ronald is preceded in death by his wife, Shelby Ware; parents, J.T. and Mary Pauline Ware; and sister, Pat Jones. He is survived by his daughters, Kimberly (Rondall) Byrd and Shannon (Brian) Witt; grandchildren, Brandon Witt, Daniel Witt, and Casey Greenlee; great-grandchildren, Adalynn May Witt and Hunter Greenlee; sister, Carolyn (Clifford) Hodge; brother, Tommy (Dorothy) Ware; special nephews, Jimmy Hodge and Todd Hodge; and many other family members. The family will receive friends Friday, January 3, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home, Jefferson City. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home, Jefferson City with Rev. Dennis Alder officiating.
