Ronald Weimer Sr.

Ronald Weimer Sr. passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13, 2026, at the age of 82. Ron was born in Laughlintown and proudly served in the U.S. Navy, where he enjoyed boxing as a distraction. He was also very involved in the local VFW. During his working years, Ron was employed by PennDot and Raimondo Construction. A long-time resident of Hempfield Manor, Ron was a joy to everyone who knew him. He enjoyed watching the Pirates and the Steelers, reading the newspaper, and playing games, especially bingo. Ron will be remembered fondly by the residents and his friends as someone who enjoyed a good cup of hot cocoa, shopping at the pop-up sales, watching sports, betting on the football pool, and having a good time at whatever he chose to do. Ron will be missed by all of the staff and the residents at Hempfield Manor. Family and friends will be received from 1 to 2 p.m. with a funeral service at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, 524 N. Main St., Greensburg, PA 15601.
