Ronald P. Weiss, 49, passed away unexpectedly on September 9, 2025. He was born on February 13, 1976, in Lockport, New York.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents Ronald C. and Patricia A. (Carroll) Weiss. He is survived by his son Ronald T. Weiss, his sister Tammy (Weiss) Prock, and other family.

Ron graduated in 1994 from Greensburg Central Catholic High School in Greensburg, PA. He met his first love – the drums – when his sister took him to a rock concert when he was only 16, and he never stopped playing drums. Ron's enthusiasm for cooking was inspired by his mother. The restaurant industry provided an opportunity to refine and improve his culinary skills, meet new people and pursue his creative passion. He truly loved being able to create meals for customers to enjoy.

Ron was a beloved friend, chef, and great human. He had the biggest of hearts, was always helping others and giving people all he had. He had a great sense of humor and was so witty. Ron was loved by so many and will be deeply missed.

A Celebration of Life will be planned for a future date.

Contributions in his memory may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
