Rondell Chamell Ager

Rondell Chamell Ager, beloved son, husband, father, and family man, was born on May 10, 1993, in Hartford, Connecticut, to Chenoa Clements and Alfred Ager. He was welcomed into God's eternal presence on December 18, 2025.
Rondell was raised in Hartford, where he developed a strong work ethic, deep love for family, and a giving heart at an early age. From middle school on, he always kept a job and took pride in working hard to provide for those he loved. He later graduated from Weaver High School, where he played football and helped lead his team to championship games through dedication, discipline, and perseverance.
A devoted family man, Rondell was known for his unwavering commitment to his loved ones, especially his wife and children. He was playful and silly at heart, often bringing laughter and light into any room, yet when it was time for business, he was focused, disciplined, and determined. Rondell found joy in simple moments: taking his sons to the park, sharing laughs at family gatherings, enjoying outings together, and making lasting memories with family trips to places like the Big E and 6 Flags. He truly loved being surrounded by family and cherished every opportunity to come together. Providing for and protecting his family was always his top priority, and he took great pride in being a dependable presence in their lives.
Rondell met the love of his life while attending Fox Middle School, and their bond grew from childhood into adulthood. In 2021, a transformative year in his life, he gave his life to Christ, married his beloved wife, and joined Shiloh Baptist Church. His faith was central to who he was. Known affectionately as "The Chosen One," Rondell carried a special spirit, sharing words of wisdom, encouragement, love, and positivity with everyone he encountered. His greatest wish was for others to know God, follow Christ, and walk in love.
Music was another passion that allowed Rondell to express himself fully. A talented rapper, he loved creating and sharing his own music, using his voice to tell his story.
Rondell also shared an unbreakable bond with his cousins, who were more like best friends and brothers. He, Chaz and Randy shared a lifetime of memories, growing up together and experiencing life side by side from childhood into adulthood.
Despite facing health challenges following COVID, Rondell remained resilient, faithful, and strong in spirit.
Rondell leaves to cherish his loving memory his parents, Chenoa Clements and Alfred Ager; his devoted wife, Jewarna Willet Womack Ager; and his three beloved sons, Rondell Ager Jr., Javion Ager, and Xyvon Ager. He is also survived by his siblings Brandon Clements, Chamyra Ager, Laquire Ager, and Dajohne' Ager; six paternal siblings; four brothers-in-law; his maternal grandfather, Guy Clements Sr.; his grandmother, Gloria Ager; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
Rondell was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Theresa Smith Clements, his paternal grandfather, Ivory Ager and his mother-in-law Wendy Renee Leggett.
Homegoing Services for Rondell Chamell Ager will be held on January 5, 2026, at The Lodge Community Chapel, located at 130 Deerfield Road, Windsor, CT 06095. A viewing will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed immediately by the service.
Rondell will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His legacy of faith, love, dedication, and strength will live on through his family and all the lives he touched.
