Ronita E. Barto, 43, of Danville, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025 at her home surrounded by family.
Born December 25, 1981 in Lewisburg, she was a daughter of Bonnie L. (Johnston) Aikey, of Danville, and the late Richard E. Aikey. On February 16, 2008 she married Chad E. Barto and together they celebrated 17 years of marriage.
She attended Columbia Montour Area Vocational Technical School, Bloomsburg. Most of her life she has worked for Muncy Homes.
Ronita enjoyed playing bingo, diamond painting, camping and crocheting. She also enjoyed watching the Golden Girls, which was her favorite TV Show. Most of all she loved all the time spent with her family and cherished all the memories.
She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and aunt.
In addition to her husband, Chad, and her mother, Bonnie, she is survived by her two daughters: Tabitha and Bianca Barto; three siblings: Richard Aikey Jr. and his wife Diane, Renee Stout and her husband, Robert, and Linda Aikey; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and her beloved cat, Fluffy.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
