Ronnie Stephen Flora Jr., age 49, died unexpectedly Monday, July 3, 2023. He was born September 21, 1973, to Ronnie Flora Sr, and Judy Speight.
Ronnie was a very hard worker, a jokester, and overall, a jack of all trades. He loved to sing, fish, golf, fly RC airplanes, and sit in his chair in front of his computer. He was a technology genius, and he knew his way around anything mechanical. His main goal in life was to strive to be a better version of himself daily. He loved the people around him and had the biggest heart. He liked to say, "I love Jesus and I love Shelia." He knew one his one true savior was the Lord Jesus Christ, and he loved Him with every fiber of his being. Ronnie's favorite verse to live by was Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Ronnie was proceeded in death by his parents, Ronnie Flora Sr, and Judy Speight; grandparents, Rudolph and Janie Flora, and Robenia "Punk" Speight; and sister, Tammy Holder.
Ronnie is survived by his fiancé, Shelia Hucks; daughters, Meagan Flora and Brynlee Flora; sister, Chelsea Averette and husband, Christopher; step-mom, Barbara Denton; step-kids, Heather Hucks and Cameron Hucks, grandkids, Milee Everette and Kyleigh Everette; nieces and nephews, Ashley Hardison, Thomas Hardison (Morgan), Joshua Hardison, Billy Peele, Nils Holder, Alex Averette, Austin Averette, and Hazel Averette; aunts and uncles, Rita and Eddie Drake, Wayne and Lou Flora; cousins, Mitchell Flora (Amy), Rhapsody Smith (Justin), Brandon Drake (Amanda), Leslie Hawkins (Bobby); special friends, Jamie Nance, Jerry and Bobbie Jo Abrams, Dewayne and Amanda Everette and Terry Wooten; and by several other family members and precious friends.
