Ronnie Napper, age 72, of Upton, KY, passed away Friday, February 21, 2025 at his home with his family by his side. Ronnie was an avid UK fan and loved to watch basketball every chance he had.
He was the son of the late Walter Napper and the late Rudell Napper.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Tommy Napper, Jimmy Napper, Billy Joe Napper, and Michael Ray Napper; and one sister Bonnie Wheat.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Marty Bryant Napper of Upton; one son, Jeffrey Lee Napper and his wife Elizabeth of Upton; one grandson, Dustin Lee Napper; three sisters, Linda Upton of Sonora, Patricia Wheeler of New Haven, and Barbara Booker of Jacksonville, FL; several other friends and family members also survive.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home, and again on Monday, February 24, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM CST. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM CST on Monday, February 24, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Sallee officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Park Cemetery in Bonnieville.
