Ronnie Joe "RJ" Warren, 69, of Altus passed away at his home on Monday, September 25, 2023. Services will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 30, 2023 in the Kincannon Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the care of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Ronnie Joe Warren was born on November 16, 1953 to Leota (Roberts) and Jeff Clay “J.C.” Warren, Jr. He attended Altus High School and graduated with the Class of 1971, later attending Altus Junior College. He worked as a Field Surveyor for the Natural Resources Conservation Service until his retirement. Ronnie was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing and especially quail hunting.
He was preceded in death by his parents, J.C. and Leota; and one brother, Donald Warren.
Those left to honor Ronnie’s memory are his son, Jeff Warren and wife, Dee; grandchildren, Ansley Warren, Adison Warren, and Aspen Stephens and husband, Trenton; great grandson, Truitt Stephens; brother Darrel Warren and wife, Janet; nephew, Jason Warren; and nieces, Amy Warren, Wendy Warren; and many friends.
