Roque Joseph Neeves October 11, 1935 - September 4, 2025 Roque Joseph Neeves, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and esteemed founder, CEO, and Chairman of Regal Logistics in Fife, Washington, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2025, at the age of 89 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Born on October 11, 1935, in New York, New York, to Roque and Adeline "Dee" Neves, immigrants from Portugal and Italy, Roque lived a life marked by love, dedication, and extraordinary achievements.

Roque is survived by his devoted wife, Joan, with whom he shared countless joyful years. He leaves behind his son, Rand Neeves, and his wife, Charlotte, along with their three children, Benjamin, Hannah, and Sophie. He is also survived by his son, Garry Neeves, and his wife, Diane, and their two sons, Carson and Holden. Roque was predeceased by his younger brother, Richard J. Neves of Estero, Florida.

A man of warmth, kindness, and unwavering commitment, Roque's love for his family was matched by his visionary leadership. He proudly served in the United States Army, earning an honorable discharge as a Specialist Fourth Class, a testament to his character and dedication to his country. As the founder of Regal Logistics, Roque made significant contributions to the industry and the Fife community, leaving a lasting legacy through his professional accomplishments.

Roque's memory lives on through the love he shared with family and friends, his service to his nation, and the enduring impact of his leadership at Regal Logistics.
