In Loving Memory of Rory Vincent Horan
Rory was a very kind and fun loving man with a great sense of humor. He was adventurous and tech savvy. Everywhere he went he left a legacy of love with that most contagious smile of his.
Rory's favorite thing to do was to spend time with his family, mostly his beautiful son, Jack and stepson, Brandyn. When they were together they were inseparable. A beautiful love to witness.
He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle, Comic-Con, WWF, Anime and Magic cards. Rory won several trophies in Magic card competitions and later became a judge for this passion.
Rory was a Rehabilitation Specialist for 15 years. He worked with people with various disabilities to help them live independently. There he gained a special friend Brian Larson, they became best buddies.
Rory is survived by his son, Jack Robert Daniel Horan and stepson, Brandyn Mark Thomas Hubble, mother, Sandra K. Horan, father, Paul R. Horan, siblings: Angie, Sean, Tara, Ryan (Symonia), nieces and nephews: Madison, Colby, Logan, Lena, Gwen, Nora, Kaia, Kora and Kira, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Gerald and Delores Thomas and Paul and Gloria Horan, cousin, Amanda Rae Metivier.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2024 from Noon until 8:00pm - with a service at 2:00pm at the Goodells Community Center - 8345 County Park Dr., Goodells. Pastor Bruce Clark will officiate.
His final resting place will be Lakeside Cemetery in Port Huron, Michigan.
