Visitation will be held on October 29, 2023 at Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins, WV from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. The Funeral Service will also take place at Tomblyn Funeral Home on October 29, 2023 at 4:00 PM. Interment will be on October 30, 2023 at Rowan Memorial Cemetery in Mabie, WV at 10:00 AM.
Rosa L. Bertelli worked for Mountaineer Home Care Services.
