Rosa Lee Insco

Rosa Lee Insco, 93 of Plymouth, IN went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 19, 2026, in her home surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born on May 14, 1932, in Louisa, KY. She was a daughter to the late James Willie and Bessie Inez (Northern) Fitzpatrick. On May 24, 1951, she married the love of her life, the late Fred Insco.

Rosie's faith is what got her through life. She was such a loving mother, wife, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother, and was very proud to have five generations. Her favorite pastime was cooking and was known by all for her chicken and dumplings!

Rosie is survived by her daughter Patty Hatter of Culver; four grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; one brother Curt (Judy) Fitzpatrick of Louisa, KY; and one sister Ruth (Mick) Blackburn of Marion, OH; and a host of extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; one son Dwight David Insco; son-in-law Daniel Hatter; and siblings Bob and Billy Joe Fritzpatrick and Elizabeth Ann Branham.

A visitation to celebrate Rosie's life will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Central Time (5:00 - 7:00 Eastern Time) on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at the Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel. In lieu of flowers the family requests Memorial Donations be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
