Rosa Vickers Obituary
Rosa Lee was born Wednesday, June 11, 1947 in Rutherford County to Darcus Murray who resides in Bostic. She loved roses, singing, word puzzles, and to cook. Rosa was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her family and will be missed dearly by them. Rosa especially enjoyed taking care of her ninety-four-year-old mom.
Rosa was preceded in death by two grandchildren Travis Scott Vickers and Kristi Lynn Vickers.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of fifty-four years, Joseph "Joe" Vickers; sons, Tim Vickers, Dale Vickers (Kelly); daughter, Michelle Arwood (Travis); five grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 6:00 pm on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Wayne Toney and Reverend Jerry Ruppe officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A private burial will be held later.
