Rosalie M. Frederick, 80 of Lafayette passed away at her residence 10:33 AM Sunday October 12, 2025. Born in St. Louis, MO July 7, 1945 she was the daughter of the late Raymond Joseph and Mary Cecelia (Jurotich) Bruenn and was a graduate of St. Agnes High School in Indianapolis. She married Stephen Wayne Frederick in Indianapolis, IN May 22, 1971 and he preceded her in death September 8, 2019. Rosalie was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and enjoyed cooking and crafts. She was the owner of TEC Professionals of Lafayette. Surviving are three children, Amber Brad (spouse Dean) of Lafayette; Heather Dozier (spouse Chad) and Stephen W. Frederick, Jr. along with 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters. The Rosary will be recited at 4:30 PM with visitation following at the Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home, 1104 Columbia St., Lafayette from 5 until 6 PM Thursday Oct. 16. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church at 10:30 AM Friday Oct. 17 with Fr. John Nguyen officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. If friends desire, memorials may be made to Universal Living Rosary, P.O. Box 1303, Dickinson, TX 77539. Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home is caring for the Frederick family.
