Rosalie Oliver Hoover, too perfect for this world, was called home to Jesus on August 30, 2025. She passed away in her parent’s arms at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Rosalie was born on August 19, 2025, a daughter of Stephen Hoover Jr. and Alison Walker.
Born with a congenital heart disease, Rosie lived 11 days surrounded with nothing but love and compassion from her family.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Moxie Community Church, 315 Benjamin Rd, Wyalusing, PA with Pastor Jay Bucci officiating.
Friends and family may call from 5:30 PM until the start of the service at 6:00 PM on Saturday, September 13, 2025, in the Moxie Community Church.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Homer Funeral Homer, 83 Grovedale Lane, Wyalusing, PA.
