Rosario Nogoy Vicencio, lovingly known as "Bebe," peacefully joined her Creator on October 31, 2025, in Winnsboro, South Carolina, at the age of 74. She was born on May 12, 1951, in Cabiao, Nueva Ecija, Philippines, to her loving parents, Manuel and Escolastica Nogoy.

Rosario was the devoted wife of Roy Vicencio, and together they built a life rooted in love, sacrifice, and faith. She was a proud and selfless mother to Rowena Vicencio Palomaria, Manny Vicencio, and Kamille Vicencio Plunkett, and a cherished grandmother to Justine Lendl, Daryl Arwin, Lance Kim Kenneth, Izellah Eunice, Alexys Ziane, Pocholo, Inigo, and Sebastian - all of whom brought endless joy and pride to her heart.

She was also blessed with wonderful sons-in-law, Alexander Palomaria and Paul Plunkett, who both showed her great love, care, and respect. Alexander was especially known for being a good and thoughtful son-in-law to Mommy Rosario, always kind and caring toward her through the years. Paul loved Mommy Rosario as his own mother - caring for her with deep compassion, patience, and devotion. His love and dedication reflected the same warmth and kindness that Mommy Rosario shared with everyone she met.

Throughout her life, Rosario was known for her boundless love and unwavering strength. She ran her own small food business, where her delicious cooking brought comfort and happiness to many. Cooking wasn't just her work - it was her love language, a way of nurturing those around her. Her dishes carried warmth, care, and the taste of home. Beyond her kitchen, she found peace in gardening, tending to her plants with the same devotion she gave to her family.

For 18 years, Rosario lovingly cared for her husband, Roy, after his stroke - a reflection of her selfless heart and enduring faith. During those years, her eldest daughter Rowena stood by her side, helping her care for Daddy with love and dedication. When Rosario gave birth to her youngest daughter, Kamille, the family faced both challenge and blessing - caring for a newborn while supporting a recovering husband. Through those times, Rowena and Rosario helped each other raise Kamille with love, strength, and faith. Their unbreakable bond as mother and daughter showed what true family devotion means.

In 2025, Rosario came to the United States with her daughter Kamille, wanting to make sure her youngest child was safe, happy, and in a good place. She was excited to meet Paul's family - Lucy and Danny Plunkett - and they welcomed her with open arms, treating her like one of their own. During her stay, Mommy Rosario was surrounded by love, kindness, and community. She met wonderful friends and kind-hearted people from church who embraced her warmly. Even in the short time she knew them, she felt truly blessed and thankful for the love they shared with her. She often said how lucky she was to be surrounded by such amazing people.

Later in life, when illness touched her, Rosario's daughter Kamille was given the sacred gift of caring for her in return - with the faithful love and support of her husband, Paul Plunkett. Together, Kamille and Paul cared for Mommy Rosario with devotion, tenderness, and grace. Kamille shared:

"There came a time when I had the chance to care for my mommy the way she once cared for me. Being her caregiver was one of the most precious experiences of my life. Every day I spent with her was filled with love, patience, and small moments that meant everything.

With Paul by my side, we cared for Mommy with all the love and compassion we could give. Paul loved Mommy like his own mother - always gentle, patient, and willing to do everything to make her comfortable and loved. I saw how strong she was - how she kept fighting with courage and grace, even when things were hard. There were days when all we could do was hold her hand, talk to her softly, and remind her how much she is loved.

Taking care of her was my way of giving back the love and care she had given me all my life. It was an honor to walk beside her through her journey, to comfort her the way she always comforted me.

My mommy fought a good fight. She showed me what strength, love, and faith really mean. Though she's gone, her love will forever stay in my heart - a love that never fades, just changes form.

Now, Mommy, you can finally rest in God's loving arms. You're home in heaven, reunited with Daddy and my baby. I know you're smiling, free from pain, surrounded by peace and love. Until we meet again, I'll keep your love in my heart forever. Mahal na mahal kita sobra, Mommy."

Rosario's life was a beautiful example of faith, sacrifice, and unconditional love. Her legacy continues to shine through her children, grandchildren, and all whose lives she touched.

A Memorial Mass and Celebration of Life will be held in Winnsboro, South Carolina, to honor and remember her remarkable life. Family and friends are invited to come together to share memories, celebrate her love, and find comfort in faith. Details of the service will be announced to family and close friends.

Her family finds peace in knowing that her love remains, guiding them through every tomorrow. Rosario "Bebe" Vicencio will forever be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend - a woman whose strength, faith, and kindness will never be forgotten.

Rest now, Mommy. You have fought the good fight and finished the race with grace. Your love lives on in us forever.
