He is survived by his mother Janet Estes Phenis Bray. His children Donna Durham, Ross Phenis, Roscoe Phenis 3rd. His grandchildren Elijah Peters, Isaac Durham, Angelina Holt, Damion Holt. His siblings Earl Eugene (Donna) Estes, Rocky (Katie) Phenis, Judy (Richard) Swann, Rufus (Shelia) Phenis, Russell Phenis, Rodney Phenis and Samuel Phenis.His great uncles Cecil (Becky) Estes, Ernie (Lucille) Phenis, great aunt Marie. His uncle and aunts, Jerry Phenis, Patsy Tipton, Marilyn (Acie)Gambrel, Ronnie (Lester) Phenis, Terry (Lori) Phenis, Danny (Diane) Phenis, Patricia (Don) Jones, Eddie (Amy) Phenis and Roberta Phenis. Several nephews and nieces. His friends, April Pollitt and Ron Halsey.
Preceded in death by his father Roscoe Albertus Phenis Sr, His sisters Janet Phenis, Jenny Phenis Delk, His Paternal grandparents Roscoe Eugene and Addie Roberts Phenis, His Maternal Grandparents Bennie and Stella Estes. His uncle and aunts Geneva Phenis, Larry Phenis, David Phenis, Donna Jean Reed, DuWayne Phenis.
