Rose Annese Obituary
1930 - 2025
Saugus - Mrs. Rose J. "Dolly" (Baxter) Annese, age 95, died on Wednesday, October 1st at Lowell General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Michael Annese.
Born and raised in Beverly, Mrs. Annese was the daughter of the late Edward Baxter and Josephine (Mirandi) Belisle. A resident of Saugus since 1950, Dolly was a member of the Hammersmith Quilters Guild.
Mrs. Annese is survived by her son, Michael Annese and his wife Terry of Peabody; two daughters, Rosanne DesRosiers and her late husband James of Saugus and Betteann Annese and her husband Marco Aismondo of Chelmsford; eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her two sisters, Nancy Young and Constance Poretta.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dolly's memory may be made to the Fisher House of Boston at fisherhouseboston.org.
Service Information: Relatives and friends are invited to attend an hour of visitation in the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., SAUGUS on Wednesday from 9-10 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Summer St., Saugus at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Riverside Cemetery in Saugus. To the Annese Family,
Jim and I were so sorry to learn of your Mother´s passing!
We have heard so many wonderful and funny stories about her throughout the years.
I remember once seeing your Mother at Big Y, when it was in Saugus.
We met at the checkout isle, talking and laughing up a storm, much to the dismay of all the people waiting to check out. We had fun; but the people in line were not amused! Please accept our sincere condolences; losing a loved one is hard. Take care,

We first met Mike & Dolly 14 years ago and felt so blessed to have known them. We loved them like family. We know they are both in heaven waiting for opening Red Sox season next year. RIP. You will be missed
