Rose Basford Obituary
Born September 2, 1941, in Owsley County, Kentucky, to Clarence and Frances Stidham Hale, Rose lived most of her life in this community, but she loved her time in Florida. Rose worked in the service industry and enjoyed working on puzzles, playing darts and cards, and watching the home shopping network.
Survivors include her children, Rodney (Kathy) Basford, Marcia Lancaster, Rhonda Basford, and Debbie Hale; grandchildren, Jeremy Basford, Zachary McQueen, and Heidi Seckman; sister, Betty Bever; nieces; nephews; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Heather; parents; and siblings, Wilgus, Mae, Willie, Len, Bobby, Charlotte, and Delmes.
Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
