Rose Howell Obituary
Mrs. Rose Mary Howell, age 70 of Trenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Monday, November 10, 2025, at her home. Funeral services for Mrs. Howell will be conducted on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 3PM in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Joey Huffsteadler officiating. Interment will follow in White Hall Baptist Church Cemetery.
She was born October 27, 1955, in Humboldt, TN; the daughter of the late Jessie Odell & Mary Lou Helen Hinson Choate. Rose retired from Dyer Nursing Home as a registered nurse and was a member of White Hall Baptist Church.
Rose is survived by two children, Scotty Lynn Howell (Jill), Bridget Howell Cochran (Keith); four sisters, Diane Dowdy, Ola Mae Petty, Gail Jackson, Patricia Williams; brother, Roger Choate; and four grandchildren, Levi Howell, Trenton Cochran, Remmie Howell, and Jaqueline Cochran. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nicky Howell; siblings, Doris Inman, Carol Choate, Shirley Brown, Inez Inman, Alma Duncan, Ricky Choate, Oneil Choate; and granddaughter, Sami Howell.
Visitation with family and friends will begin at 1:30PM and go until service time, Friday, November 14, 2025, in the Rutherford chapel. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Rose Mary Howell.
