Rosa "Rose" Emilia Minutillo passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends on Thursday, April 10th, 2025 in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Rose is survived by her daughter, Madeline Fernandez (Jeff Hill), stepson Leonard Jr. Minutillo (Sandy), stepdaughters Laura Wilkinson and Lisa Boutin; granddaughters Alyssa Fernandez Davis (Joshua), Angela Minutillo, Laura Minutillo; grandson Nick Boutin (Nina). She was preceded in death by her late husband of 40 years, Leonard "Lenny" Minutillo, parents Felix and Herminia Mercado, and granddaughter Christina Fernandez.

She worked alongside her husband Lenny in the television manufacturing industry, living in Tucson, AZ and New Castle, PA for many years. They also traveled the world together, visiting countless countries across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. They later moved to Jensen Beach FL, where Rose was an active volunteer of the HCA Port St. Lucie Hospital for over a decade. She was a long-term member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stuart, FL.
Rosie was known for her artistic and creative hobbies including painting, crafting, and sewing. She enjoyed golfing, beachside music, playing cards, and spending quality time with loved ones. She will be profoundly missed by her beloved family and many life-long friends.

My sincere sympathy to your family in the loss of your mother. I remember fondly both your mom and your dad as we were all in
the Jensen Beach Garden Club. In addition to growing plants for
our annual sale (quite a few years ago), your dad would always
show up on the day of collection and the sale to trim and make
beautiful any plants that had been donated and needed a little TLC. Remembering so many beautiful memories. Dotty Brinkman
