Mrs. Parker was born December 9, 1958 in Honolulu, Hawaii to the late Charles Bartels and San Juanita Salinas Bartels. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by grandchildren, Lochlan and Lola. She is survived by husband of 33 years, Keith "Homer" Parker of Gallatin; children, Amy Roche (Collin) of Maryland, Edgar "Bubba" Case, Jr. of Cookeville, David Case of Springfield, and Lindy Vinson (Barry) of Sparta; brother, Charles Bartels (Alicia) of San Antonio, TX; 12 grandchildren, Collin, Skyler, Sean, Karman, Sydney, Parker, Emma, Olivia, Matthew, Zechariah, Grayson, and Serenity; and 2 great grandchildren, Falynn Rose and Oliver.
