Obituary of RoseAnn Tiemann
RoseAnn Tiemann (Lesnau) Age 88 passed away peacefully of heart failure on 5/21/2025 at home surrounded by family. Preceded in death by her parents Rosella and Leonard Lesnau, stepmother Emily, husband James Tiemann, son Paul Tiemann, son-in-law Jeff Besonen. She was born in Chicago but raised in Gilman, MN. Following the passing of her mother Rosella; when RoseAnn was 3yrs old, and her father Leonard going to war she was raised by her Grandparents Walter and Anna Wojciechowski. When her father returned home from WWII he remarried Emily and they had 5 children- Janice Kinzer, Joan Balder, Jerry Lesnau, Margie Brouck, Carol Dintsch. RoseAnn met Jim Tiemann, they married and had 6 children. Mary(Mike) Frye, Paul Tiemann, Anne (Jeff) Besonen, John (Laura) Tiemann, Julie (Kevin) Harlan, Laure (Jason) Freeman. She had 11 Grandchildren - Tony, Hannah and Sophie Besonen, Kathryn and Dylan Frye, Erica and Jack Tiemann, Olivia and Sydney Harlan, Jared (Morgan) and Garrett Freeman. She had 2 Great- Grandchildren Nicholas Anacker, Jack Carlson. Funeral is Wed. June 18th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 4087 West Broadway, Robbinsdale, Mn. Mass at 11am, Visitation 1 hour before mass with a luncheon following mass at church. Burial at Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis after lunch. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to American Heart Association or Sacred Heart Catholic Church Robbinsdale.
