Roselea Necessary, 69, of Kingsport, TN, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Roselea was a lifelong Kingsport resident and was living in the same home she was born in. She was one of six children born to R.F. and Marie Little. Roselea was generous to all animals that came to her door and looked after all of them. She was a loving, caring mother and grandmother who loved God with all of her heart.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert, Ed, and David Little; grandmother, Leila Bullion; and son-in-law, Rex Penley.
