Roseline Sundufu Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lyerly Funeral Home on Jan. 27, 2026.
It is with deep sorrow, yet with heartfelt gratitude for Jehovah God's loving promises, that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and dear friend, Ms. Roseline "Teetee" Sundufu, who peacefully fell asleep in death on Friday, January 12, 2026, at Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Roseline was born on July 25, 1959, in Liberia, West Africa, to the late Moses Kennedy and Elizabeth Fanny Fagans Kennedy. She received her formal education in Liberia and was one of seven children. Throughout her lift, Roseline was admitted for her gentle disposition, calm spirit, and unwavering devotion to her family.

For many years, Roseline worked as a Home Health Aide, a profession she truly cherished. She found deep fulfillment in caring for others and carried out her duties with remarkable patience, compassion, and kindness. Her work reflected the love and concern she naturally extended to those around her.

In addition to her parents, Roseline was preceded in death by her sisters, Isabel Wilson and Enda Cole, and her brothers, Frankline Kennedy and Steven Kennedy.

She is lovingly remembered by her brothers, Benjamin Kennedy (Marilyn Kennedy) and Lincoln Kennedy (Laura Kennedy); her daughters, Sarfea M. Chisholm (sin-in-law Steven Chisholm) and CheChee Sundufu; her daughter/niece Life Idel Kennedy; her cherished granddaughter Skyy Isabel Chisholm; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends whose lives she touched with love and gentleness.

A repast will be held at 5:30 pm at The Pride of Salisbury Lodge and Rainbow Temple, located at 3750 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC.
