Rosella passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age 82. She was born on April 6, 1940 in Syracuse, NY to Earl and Charlotte Prigoff of Syracuse, NY. Rosella is predeceased by her sister, Suzanne Achleitner; and lost her brother, Dr. Morris Prigoff March 4, 2021.

She attended Nottingham High School and graduated from Cazenovia College. After college she worked for several companies. She was also a well-known model in upstate New York.

In 1963, she met the love of her life, Bernard S. Heumann Jr. of Brighton, NY. They married on February 16, 1964 and remained married until his death in 2004.

Her greatest passions were to watch her children play sports and to dress elegantly. Bernard (Bernie) and Rosella travelled the Northeast watching all four of their children playing collegiate sports. She remained passionate watching her grandchildren play lacrosse and football to the end.

Everyone recognized her with her glamorous hats, sunglasses and jewelry. But what really stood out was her smile and sweet disposition.

Rosella is survived by her children, Steven and daughter-in-law, Lisa; and granddaughter, Samantha Heumann; Robert and grandsons, Robert and Jared Heumann; Debra and son-in-law, Lawrence; and her granddaughters, Ava and Sophie Harris; and David Heumann; and grandchildren, Hunter, Charley and Stella Heumann.

Rosella will be laid to rest February 28, 2023, at Mt Hope Cemetery next to Bernie. We are sure she will keep our father posted on the past 18 years that he missed with all the grandchildren.
