Rosemary La Manna, age 78, passed away July 10, 2024. Beloved daughter to the late Stephen and Lillian (nee Calabretti) La Manna.
Rosemary is survived by her loving cousins Dolores Wright (James), Nick Calabretti (Dolores), Frank Calabretti (Arlene); Second Cousin, Michael Wright (Nora), as well as, many other adoring cousins.
Rosemary was a long-time member of the Divine Providence and Don Guanella families coming to the Community Living Arrangements in December of 2004. For many years she lived at Pickering Lane CLA in Media and most recently at Center Road CLA in Havertown. Rosemary enjoyed spending her time watching ME TV and cooking shows on the Food Network. She could often be found very precisely coloring the pages in her many coloring books. Rosemary loved her Philadelphia sports teams, especially the Phillies and the Eagles. She enjoyed attending Mass and being among her many friends at her home and the day program. She shared freely her affectionate hugs and will be deeply missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to Rosemary’s viewing Thursday, July 18 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM follow by her funeral mass, 11:00 AM at Divine Providence Chapel, 686 Old Marple Road, Springfield, Pa. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Garden Mausoleum, 626 Baily Rd, Yeadon, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in rosemary’s name to Don Guanella & Divine Providence Communities, 20 E. Cleveland Ave, Norwood, PA 19074, would be greatly appreciated.
