Rosemary (Meyer) Lenartz, age 98, of Woodbury, formerly of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully to be with her loving husband, John, on Friday, December 26, 2025 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Rosemary was a wonderful cook and baker, especially known for her apple coffee cake. She was a fun mom, making birthdays and Christmases festive celebrations. We will miss her thoroughly
Survived by brother Bud (Joyce), children Tim (Louanne), Kathy, Dan (Stephanie), and Annette (Tim); eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and other loving family members and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Wilfred and son-in-law Dave.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM with visitation beginning at 10 AM on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at the Church of St. Rita, 8695 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN. All are invited to a luncheon following the service. Burial will be at St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery, St. Paul Park, MN.
