Services for Rosemary Quinn Miller, 89, teacher, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Morgan Mill Cemetery.. Burial will follow at Morgan Mill Cemetery. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.

Rosemary was born in San Angelo on December 3, 1935, to Berta Marie Williams and A.J. Quinn. She married Duane Miller on December 23, 1989. He preceded her in death in 2011.

Rosemary was a loved member of the Baptist church. She loved music, both playing piano and singing. She also participated in the Heifer International Charity. Rosemary enjoyed being active in the church and spending time with beloved family.

Survivors include her children Randy Purvis and wife Pam, Rich Purvis and wife Diana, Anne Inglish and husband Jeff. She is survived by grandchildren Matt Purvis and wife Kristen, Megan Elkins and husband Andrew, Ashley Scroggs and husband Scott, Chris Purvis and wife Christina, Jordan Doland, and husband Justin, Davis Inglish III and wife Amelia, Connor Inglish and wife Emily, Blake Inglish and wife Lydia. Rosemary is also survived by 9 grandchildren and two on the way.
