Rosemary was born July 24, 1957, in Milan to the late Aaron Oakley and Sarah Robinson Oakley West. Rosemary was saved and baptized at Chapel Hill Baptist Church in Milan. She was a member of Englewood Baptist Church in Jackson. She was a certified pharmacy tech and worked at Regional Hospital.
Rosemary is survived by her husband of 30 years, Daniel Witherington; brother, Jim Oakley and wife Emily; sister-in-law, Sue Ellen Moore; nieces, Rachel Russom (Daniel), and Jess Moore-Oakes (Katt); nephews, Ryan Oakley and Mixon Moore; great nieces, Adrienne McAlexander (Arron Watson), Abigail and Ava Russom; and a great niece, Iris Watson.
Memorials may be directed to the Kirkland Cancer Center.
