Beloved wife of Matteo Casciato of East Boston for 60 years.
Devoted mother of Anthony Casciato and wife Sabrina of Stoneham, Leonardo Casciato of East Boston, Christina Passariello and husband Steven of East Boston, Anna Maria Ruggiero and husband Robert of East Boston and the baby Angela.
Dear sister of Pasquale Cordisco and wife Donna of East Boston.
Adored Nonna of Matteo, Nicolas, Ottavio, Michael, Alessandro, Matthew, Dominic and Emilio.
Cherished Great Nonna of Matteo Jr.
Also survived by her many loving nieces, nephews, friends and family.
Family and friends will honor Rosetta's life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, East Boston, on Monday, December 30th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM before leaving in procession to St. Anthony's Church in Revere for a 12:00 PM (NOON) funeral mass. Services will conclude with Rosetta being laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery Mausoleum.
Born in Italy, Rosa came to the US and made a great life here. She settled into a seamstress job at Forecaster, then added a 20 year career at State St Bank.
Her caring zest for life and family were the cornerstone of her life.
