Loving grandmother to Phillip Romagnoli and his wife Marissa of Holliston, and Michael Romagnoli of Medway. Born in Sulmona, Abruzzo (Italy), Rosetta immigrated to Boston in 1964. From her earliest years here, Rosetta became involved in the Italian immigrant community. She produced radio programs featuring news, soccer games, and entertainment from Italy and also produced and hosted a television show, "Variety Italian Style" which aired for 10 years. Rosetta participated in countless local Italian civic and cultural associations and received many honors for her work including "Woman of the Year" from the Italian-American Civic League, presented by Vice-President George Bush.
She traveled nationally and internationally representing Italians living in the U.S. and planned and designed many cultural exhibits and programs including "Abruzzo Cinema" at the Museum of Fine Arts. In her later years she taught Italian at the Medford Public Schools. She enjoyed reading, art, cooking for her family, and gardening.
