Rosetta was born in Wilmington, Delaware to the late Elizabeth (Janolewicz) and Rance Myers. After graduating high school, Rosetta when on to work in as a professional tailor and worked for Shader's China Dolls and for several years. She also worked in retail at Wanamaker's later in her life.
Rosetta had many hobbies and passions in her life. She loved painting, cooking, reading, watching movies and her Lazy Boy. She even made her children their clothing when they were younger!
In addition to her parents, Rosetta is predeceased by her husband Titus Leroy Tuttle. She is survived by her Daughter Terri DelCampo; and grandson Joe DelCampo; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service for Rosetta will be held at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Hwy, New Castle, DE 19720 on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 10 A.M.
