Roslyn S. Borger

Roslyn S. Borger, 83, of Harrisburg, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital.

She was born on June 5, 1942 in Harrisburg to the late Harry and Dorothy Solomon.

Roslyn attended professional school in Washington, D.C. and became a medical secretary. She worked in doctors' offices for most of her career, while raising her two young daughters. On May 11, 1986, she married the love of her life, Harry M. "Mick" Borger.

She was a member of Beth El Temple and Beth El Temple Sisterhood. Roz was a voracious reader and loved to travel. She and her husband traveled the world for many years.

Roz instilled tenacity, resilience and compassion not only in her children and grandchildren, but in everyone she met. Her family meant everything to her, and she showed her enduring love for them throughout her life. May her memory live on through the legacy of her children and grandchildren.

Surviving is her husband, Harry M. "Mick" Borger, 2 daughters; Sari Braderman and her husband, Larry Aaronson of Atlanta, GA, Randi Braderman of New York, NY, 3 grandchildren; Simon Aaronson, Holden Aaronson and Sylvie Aaronson. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Solomon.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at the Beth El Cemetery Chapel. Burial will be at Beth El Cemetery.
