Marie L. Borger

Marie L. Borger, age 95, passed away on August 29, 2025 at her home. She was the widow of William Borger, with whom she shared 40 years of marriage.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank & Mae Sinatra. She graduated from Southern Highschool. She spent her career with the Philadelphia Navy Yard as an Employee Development Specialist for 25 years.

Marie was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle church, Gibbsboro, NJ. In her spare time she enjoyed knitting, cooking, crocheting and loved going to Wildwood. Marie was an avid Philadelphia Sports Fan.

She is survived by her sons, Ronald Francesconi (Rita) and Michael Francesconi (Joyce); daughters, Nancy Terry (Jim) and Linda Francesconi (Ken); grandchildren, Andrew Francesconi (Brianna), Brian Terry and Matthew Terry; and great grandchildren, Cole Francesconi, Ellie Pinnel, Gabriel Francesconi and Giovanni Francesconi.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 11 am at St. Andrew the Apostle, 27 Kresson-Gibbsboro Road, Gibbsboro, NJ 08026. Family and friends will be received from 10 – 10:45 am. Interment will be held privately with the family.
