Roxane Knappe Obituary Roxane G. Knappe, 63, of Michigan City, IN, passed away on Monday, October 16th, 2023. Roxane was born to Roger Jeffers Sr. and Dolores Jeffers (Rochon), on May 31, 1960, in La Porte, IN., who preceded her. Roxane married the love of her life, Dietmar Knappe, on June 23, 1990, in Westville, IN. (who precedes her). Roxane was also preceded by one brother; Roger Jeffers Jr. Roxane owned and operated Roxys Lounge in Westville for many years. Roxy is survived by her daughter, Starlyn Knappe, of Michigan City, IN, her Son, Joshua (Lisa) Knappe, of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by her sisters Gail Frain (Gerald Barney) of Chesterton and Diane (Donald) Killingbeck, of Anderson, SC. Roxane is also survived her brother, Clyde (Abigail) Newsome of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by grandchildren, Zachary Knappe, Dietmar Jensen, Isaiah Knappe, Emma Knappe, and many, many other grandchildren.
